When mixing high-viscosity materials, if the material clumps together and needs degassing, the double planetary mixer alone is not enough. These dispersion units prevent material clumping and easily crush the material, while the low-speed planetary agitators push the material into high-shear areas for thorough dispersion. The standard configuration of this model includes a scraper, temperature control sensor, vacuum operation, and, if necessary, a Teflon coating on the container according to material properties.
This model comes in two configurations: single blades with single dispersers or double blades with double dispersers. Whether driven by a variable frequency drive or mechanical speed control, different power levels and mixing styles can be selected to achieve the desired performance. The PLC control system not only controls the equipment but can also connect to remote PCs with automatic processing programs, optimizing production processes, reducing time, and increasing efficiency. We offer planetary dispersers with capacities ranging from 1 to 2000 liters.
The main machine and press are installed on the same base frame, and the mixing pot can be automatically moved on the track without people intervention. The equipment can work in a sealed glove box or under negative pressure, and can be controlled remotely.
